Cancellation and prepayment conditions
 

  • The customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The customer will pay the price for the first night if he cancel less than 14 days before the arrival date. In case of non-comparability, the guest will have to pay the full amount of the reservation. 

  • The customer must pay in advance the price of the first night after making a reservation.
